Traci has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. She co-owned and ran the service division of Precision Mechanical with her husband, Jim Palmeri. After selling Precision Mechanical, she went on to form a thriving service division for a successful Mechanical Contracting company.  During that time, her husband created NH HVAC Systems Inc, an HVAC and sheet metal installation company.  Unfortunately, he passed away from cancer and left the company without leadership.  Traci chose to step in and re-establish NH HVAC Systems inc. and has been working to grow it into the successful HVAC service and installation company it is today. 

 

 

 

Jason Ferguson

Vice President of Operations, HVAC Service Technician & NCI Certified Balancer

 

Before coming to NH HVAC Systems inc, Jason was a successful service manager at another mechanical contractor.  He has over 20 years of experience installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial/ industrial HVAC equipment, as well as experience as a balancer. With over seven years of experience estimating projects, supervising and project managing installs we were happy to add him to our team.

 

Credentials: NCI Commercial Test and Balance Certification, State of NH Gas Fitters License, OSHA-10, CFC Certified-Type II & III, Maxitrol Certified Line Pressure Regulator Training certificate. JRT Trade Education NFPA 54 8-hour Training Certificate, Reznor Certificate for Check, Test and Stat-up training on Gas Fired Heating Equipment, Munchkin Condensing Boiler Training for installation and Service, Refrigerant 410A Course, and Mitsubishi City Multi Diamond Designer Level I.

 

 

 

 

Danielle Russell

Financial Controller

 

Danielle has been working in the accounting field for over 15 years.  For the last 10 years, she has worked closely with Traci, assisting her with running the service division, as well as assisting the financial controller for their previous company.  She has since come on at NH HVAC Systems to run all financial aspects of the company.
